Nestled beside a picturesque canal, the location was perfect for leisurely strolls through the charming streets of Franeker. Each morning, we savored a generous free breakfast on the terrace, enjoying the serene view with a warm croissant in hand-what a Parisian start to our day! The restaurant was truly a highlight of our stay, offering dishes that reflected a traditional cuisine with a French touch; it was a culinary adventure we eagerly shared over dinner. The staff were superb, always friendly and eager to assist, making us feel right at home. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings of our room to the warm ambiance of the dining area, contributed to a memorable holiday experience, one that I would wholeheartedly recommend for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and culinary delights in the heart of this quaint town!
